Venkat has over 26 years of Banking experience (domestic and international) in managerial roles with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), and HSBC (Hong Kong & Shanghai Banking Corporation). This includes over 19 years of training experience as program director and faculty of the Bankers' Training College of the RBI and as Senior Manager of Banking Training, Regional Learning and Development with HSBC in Mumbai and in Dubai.

Venkat is a highly experienced trainer and business consultant with excellent technical knowledge on a wide range of commercial banking businesses, combined with sound commercial orientation, communication and people skills to ensure effective, results oriented learning. He is primarily responsible for design and delivery of a comprehensive range of training solutions for commercial banking, treasury, trade and transaction banking services, compliances, banking systems and operations and operations risk management.

Bhaswar has had an extremely successful 17-year track record in multinational banks in India with Bank of America, HSBC in Corporate and Retail Banking. He has held various senior positions in the bank with the last assignment as Senior Vice President of the Retail Bank heading South India, HSBC.

Bala has over 27 years of industry experience. This includes over 12 years of experience in Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Australia and other international markets in the areas of International Trade, Finance, Taxation, and Process improvement and documentation. He has in-depth knowledge of Accounting Standards, and statutory requirements of many countries. He has successfully developed and managed companies with people in multicultural environments, with varying degrees of qualifications and competencies.

Bala is a Promoter Director at Bridgepoint Solutions since Oct 2005, specialize in consulting and training individuals and professionals from Banking, Financial services domain and IT Companies on a wide range of areas, including Wealth management, Investor Education, Personal Investment and Portfolio Management, Finance for Non-finance teams, Costing and Budgeting, Life Skills, managing back office processes like book keeping, tax compliance, payroll and legal compliance and process improvements for Global clients.

These training programs have been for numerous banks in the private and public sector, foreign banks, NBFCs and back-office shared service centres of Standard Chartered and HSBC  for clients (from new-joinees to experienced bankers including business heads and CEOs) in India, Sri Lanka, UAE and Saudi Arabia. The functional topics covered in the trainings have been very wide and include AML, trade finance products, new-joinee induction, credit risk analysis, credit ratings, working capital, lending products, treasury, Cash Management and RM selling skills.

Sridhar has over two decades of rich banking experience across functions with HSBC, ICICI Bank, National Banks in Dubai and ANZ Grindlays Bank, where he was exposed to wide range of areas of banking such as Commercial Banking, Project Finance, Syndication, Club deals, Acquisition Financing, Transaction Banking, Credit, Treasury, FX and Derivatives, and branch Operations. He is also an investment advisor and Member of the Indian Association of Investment Professionals.
